All-Inclusive Rates of the Reef Villas per week and per Villa.

• Price for 1 bedroom, 1-2 persons 5300 US dollars.

• Price for 2 bedrooms, 3-4 persons 5600 US dollars.

• Price for 3 bedrooms, 5-6 persons 5900 US dollars.

  Maximum of 6 persons per villa.

What is Included?

Our rates are truly all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees. Your stay includes:

• Utilities: Normal use of water and electricity (powered by solar energy).

• Housekeeping: Professional cleaning twice a week, plus the final end-cleaning.

• Linens & Towels: High-quality bed and bath linen, as well as premium beach towels.

• Service Charge: All standard service charges are fully covered.

What is Excluded?

• Bonaire Visitor Entry Tax: The mandatory island tax of $75 USD per person (ages 13 and older, children under 13 pay $10 USD) is not included. This must be paid online or upon arrival at the airport. We strongly advise arranging this online before your departure via the official Bonaire Entry Tax Portal.

Seasonal Rates & Direct Booking Benefits

• Christmas Season: A +15% surcharge applies to stays between December 20th and January 5th.

• Book Direct & Save: Booking directly with the owner is always the most advantageous option. Prices on third-party booking platforms (like Airbnb or booking) will be higher due to the extra commission fees they charge.

Payment & Booking Conditions

Reservation & Deposit

• Down Payment: To confirm your reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Upon receipt of this down payment, your booking is final.

• Guest Information: Please provide the full names and ages of all guests who will be staying at the villa.

• Binding Contract: A booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please note that our email exchanges constitute a legally binding contract.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.

Final Payment

• Standard Bookings: The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

• Last-Minute Bookings: For all reservations made within 90 days of arrival, immediate full payment is required.

• Payment Method: Payments must be made in USD via wire transfer (any local or international bank fees are the responsibility of the sender).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. In the event of a cancellation, the following terms apply:

• More than 90 days before arrival: The cancellation fee is 25% (equal to your deposit). Alternatively, we offer a one-time date change free of charge. You can apply your full deposit toward a new stay within 2 years of your original reservation date.

• Within 90 days of arrival: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no cash refunds will be issued).

Solar Power & Eco-Awareness

The Reef Villas operate on a fully self-sufficient power supply. While our state-of-the-art solar panels and battery storage provide more than enough energy for normal, everyday usage, we kindly ask our guests to remain conscious of their energy consumption during their stay.
